The chrome-plated steel construction of Tiger-Vac's "Cleanroom Vacuum Cleaner EMI-CWR" ensures that it resists improper use and the industrial sealing rings and gaskets ensure that it is constantly leak-free. The hoover is equipped with a ULPA filter (U15) downstream of the motor. The EMI/RFI shielding ensures that no computers or other sensitive electronic devices are disturbed.
The unit is also anti-static and ESD safe. For critical electrostatic controlled applications requiring zero volt potential, a special TELEKOM package is available (conductive rollers are mounted on the dry vacuum and a special tool kit is provided).
The EMI-CWR is cleanroom compatible and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry. It is designed for general cleaning in contamination controlled environments. The cleanroom hoover is equipped with a two-speed control that allows the user to regulate the suction strength. It also has built-in thermal protection to prevent the motor from overheating if there is a blockage in the nozzle or hose.
