YOUR TASKS:
- Disciplinary and professional management of the logistics department
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring all logistics processes and the corresponding budget
- Defining and communicating personnel requirements
- Conducting regular inventories
- Monitoring compliance with logistics costs
- Improving logistics performance with regard to efficient resource use and optimizing storage space
- Gradual expansion of logistics in line with further company growth
- Ensuring compliance with defined processes and handling of hazardous materials
- Planning, leading, and implementing logistics projects
- Creating statistics and key figures
- Successfully completed commercial training or studies in logistics
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in logistics
- Experience in designing, modernizing, and implementing new processes
- Positive and motivating attitude
- Experience in export and the establishment of a consignment warehouse
- Strong communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
